Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with European consumer protection laws, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and unworn

The item must be in its original packaging

Any security seal or protective sticker must remain intact

The item must show no signs of wear, damage, perfume, cosmetics, or handling
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Items returned damaged due to improper packaging by the customer may not be refunded.
3. Hygiene Exception
For health and hygiene reasons:

Earrings and pierced jewelry cannot be returned once the packaging or security seal has been opened.
This does not affect your statutory rights in case of defective products.
4. Return Procedure

with your order number and return request.
Returns must be shipped back within 14 days after notifying us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
5. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the packaging
If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
7. International Orders (Outside the European Union)
For customers outside the European Union, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged or defective.
All international sales are considered final.

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or shipping delays caused by international carriers.
