TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Products
All products are described and photographed as accurately as possible.
Slight variations in color, tone or texture may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
Jewelry must be handled with care. We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, water, chemicals or perfumes.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in € and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Prices may be updated without prior notice.
3. Orders
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of suspected fraud or payment issues.
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processed.
4. Shipping
Orders are processed within 2 business days.
Delivery times vary by country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or force majeure.
5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with European consumer protection law, customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at:

within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days after notification.
Return Conditions (EU)
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and unworn

The item must be in its original packaging

Any security seal, protective sticker, or tag must remain intact

The item must show no signs of wear, handling, perfume, cosmetics, or damage
We reserve the right to inspect all returned items.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
Hygiene Exception – Earrings
Due to health and hygiene regulations:
Earrings and pierced jewelry cannot be returned once the security seal or protective packaging has been opened or removed.
This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of defective products.
6. Non-EU Customers (International Orders)
For customers located outside the European Union:
All sales are considered final.
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.
7. Damaged or Defective Items (All Customers)
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
8. Refund Process
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
9. Liability
We are not responsible for allergic reactions. Customers are responsible for reviewing product materials before purchasing.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union.
